It all started with a name Piano Piano. No, we don’t have dualing pianos. Piano Piano is Italian and means easy, easy. A phrase used quite often by a very close family friend. It was even the name of his beloved boat. So after years of hearing the phrase, it stuck with us. And had a special meaning for us.
Opening a wine bar in the Village of Fishkill has been our dream for at least a dozen years. And the dream wore off on our son Rich who attended college and obtained a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. His college career was devoted to producing the business plan for Piano Piano. Our entire family is incredibly thankful for finally being able to implement that plan. It is truly a dream come true.
Our vision was to create an atmosphere for family and friends to come together and talk and relax. Family, good friends, good wine, and good food. Put it all together and take it easy for just a little while. Just you and those you care about sharing some special moments together. A place for you to relax with family and friends and take it easy. Hopefully we achieved our goal of creating an easy environment for you to enjoy.
Our wines were carefully selected to offer new tastes and experiences. And our list will change from time to time as we find wines we think you will enjoy. So stop by our little slice of heaven and raise a glass to yourself or those special someones in your life.
